Working from Breath, Bandha & Drishti, this class will progress through a portion of First Series while teaching us to prepare for an experiential examination of the deeper backbends of Second Series as well as the dropping back and standing up of the Ashtanga Yoga closing backbend sequence. Sunday, 12 - 3pm, Ascending the Mountain: Backbends from Primary into Intermediate: $60įrom the foundation developed by Primary Series, the mountain of yoga can be ascended with greater ease and skill.
